On the pads

Laemsingh Premchai

Laemsingh Premchai is one of the camp's coaches — the fighter on the posters around the gym, and in the ring most mornings.

He teaches the traditional Thai way: on the pads himself, breaking each strike down to its technique, with corrections that carry from one session to the next.
